This is the best furniture store!!! Most of our furniture has come from this store. We had a mattress delivered this week and the two men who delivered the mattress were so kind. They helped get everything set up just right. Service and delivery at this store are great.

I bought a couch and a bedroom set from Waterway and the staff was exceptional in every way! Everything turned out to be the look I was really hoping to get ! I want to give special recognition to Derrick and Zay !!! These gentleman were not able to get the couch in the elevator in our building. So, they did not even question next that they would haul the couch up the stairs to the fifth floor. They were already in process when I assured them I would tip them well. So, even not knowing that I would do that, they would have hauled the couch up regardless. I would not have faulted them if they would have said that they could not do it. And so needless to say, I was especially grateful that they did!

A special thanks to David at Waterway Furniture for helping my fiancé and I furnish our bedroom in our new home. Their Vaughan Basset nightstands and dresser paired perfectly with their coastal Riverside king bed. The team gave me a personalized experience and I could tell they really cared about us finding something that matched our style!

We arrived at the store and we were immediately impressed with the cozy vibe and friendly atmosphere. They had both classic choices and more interesting options we didn't see in other furniture stores. We worked with David and John and they immediately tuned in to our vision. They suggested pieces that fit our needs, wants, and budget. They were extremely knowledgeable about the various pieces and John's enthusiasm and artistic flair made something as mundane as furniture shopping a fun and enlightening experience. We ended up buying a dining room and living room set. They delivered it quickly and the three men delivering the furniture were prompt, friendly, and competent. They placed the furniture where we asked and were very respectful of the property. An overall excellent experience and we plan to go back for more furniture in the near future.

I just purchased a new sofa and love seat after searching high and low for what we were looking for. They have a great selection of furniture and decor. Endless options for the material for customization and they also sell right from the showroom floor when you are in a hurry to get your home furnished. A+++++ customer service from very patient on the sales side and provide helpful advice based on the layout of your room’s. The delivery guys were very polite and efficient so a big thanks to everyone at Waterway Furniture!!!

I recently purchased a bedroom set, it is solid, sturdy and very good quality. They had a large inventory to choose from and David was very helpful to help me get what I wanted, he’s very knowledgeable. The delivery men Derrick and Z were friendly and accommodating, had it set up in no time. If you need furniture go to Waterway, you’ll be glad you did.

Highly recommend Waterway Furniture. Can’t say enough good things about the people who work there. Very professional, knowledgeable and give great design suggestions. After purchasing a home in the area 5 years ago, Donna was extremely valuable in guiding me during the process of furnishing my home. Recently I created a Carolina room and the only place I shopped to furnish my new room was Waterway and of course had Donna help me decide on the pieces of furniture for the room. Their delivery service is great as well. Derek and Zi are very respectful. They go out of their way to ensure the furniture is set up exactly how you want it and take all trash when leaving. If you are looking for an accent piece, artwork, or to furnish your home, be sure to stop at Waterway. You won’t be disappointed.

We just had our new dining room chairs delivered today by Derrick and Zi I can not express how much I love Waterway Furniture!! Both Derrick and Zi were awesome very polite and brought them into the house very carefully and placed them around the table. My husband and I have bought several pieces of furniture at Waterway Furniture and could not be happier. Years ago we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James Jordan and we were so sad when he passed away. He was the sweetest ❤️ We drive from Bolivia NC to purchase furniture from Waterway Furniture so take a trip you won't be disappointed.

She was immensely helpful after understanding our needs and wants and the challenges we had with some of the tight dimensions in our home. The store had such a welcome vibe and great selection. John Dowless was absolutely amazing in the showroom! He took the time to listen to what I needed and helped me pick the perfect pullout couch for my office. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I never felt pressured—just genuinely supported. Delivery was just as impressive. Derek and Z were incredibly professional from start to finish. They even brought their own drop cloths and handled the couch with such care. It’s clear they take pride in their work. From showroom to delivery, the entire experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!
